A security guard at Kever Rashbi in Meron was assaulted on Wednesday night the eve of 2 Adar I. Police were summoned and when they arrived at the scene, two suspects were detained for questioned and then informed they were under arrest and would be arraigned.

The motive for the assault is not contained in the report. It does not appear the guard was injured in the assault.
