A day after the stabbing attack in the Bedouin community of Rahat in which an Israeli woman in her 60s was moderately wounded, an area surveillance video shows the terrorists fleeing the scene.

The terrorist wounded Shlumit Gonen, who was shopping in the Rahat street market. The manhunt for the attacker continues at this time.

Rahat Mayor Talal al-Kirnawi has stated the terrorist responsible for the attack is not a local resident but a PA (Palestinian Authority) resident inside Green Line Israel illegally.

“I think there are 7,000 PA illegals, some making an honest living while to my sorrow, others harm residents. However, we will not permit this incident harm relation between us and our neighbors. We are strong enough to make sure these events will not have an impact. All residents of Rahat condemn this. Residents are in shock over the attack”, explained the mayor.
