The young Brooklyn teen who was stabbed and lightly wounded as he walked from the Kosel to Shar Shechem late Shabbos afternoon was released from Hadassah Hospital on Monday afternoon, 22 Shevat.

The young man, a member of the chareidi community, moved to Israel from Brooklyn and following the attack he told the press he planned to join the elite Sayeret Matkal unit in the IDF and this just strengthens his dedication to fulfilling this plan.

Hospital officials report his condition was very good upon discharge.
