Inspectors from the Ministry of Agriculture working with police confiscated meats from illegal shechita operations in Tzfat and Moshav Dalton. The operation led to the discovery of and confiscation of a half-ton of meat which is not suitable for consumption from illegal shechita operations. The meat has been destroyed and criminal charges are being filed against the persons involved.
Roi Kleiger, who heads the Agriculture Ministry inspectors explains the meat was tainted and posed a health threat.

Obviously NOT from a chassideshe shlachthois…anything else would be suspect. Probably from some unauthorized Livish operation that does not meet minimal standards set by the chief rabbonim or some Halal shlachthois trying to sell to gullible chareidim.
