Its all the buzz in the 5 towns???
I haven’t heard one person mention it
The place it was sold is frequented by every day laborer in the vicinity as well as the neighborhood next door which is not “heavily orthodox”
That said , chances are an aino yehudi is actually the winnner
So what will $50,000 get you in the 5 towns. Maybe it covers 2 or 3 years of your property tax. Helpful but really not so life changing.
