Five PA (Palestinian Authority) residents from Tulkarem were taken into custody, suspected of planning to carry out terror attacks in the Shomron. They were apparently receiving instructions from Juad Nasrallah, the son of Hizbullah commander Hassan Nasrallah.
The head of the cell is reportedly Mahmound Zaalul, recruited by Nasrallah junior via social media. A special email account was opened which was used to receive orders from Hizbullah. The cell in Tulkarem was also instructed to recruit suicide bombers to be used against IDF forces. The ISA (Israel Security Agency – Shin Bet) report adds the ream received $5,000 from Hizbullah.
The ISA explains Hizbullah is using the current Palestinian terror wave to continue its attacks against Israel.
