Border police operating in the Misgav district arrested 40 PA (Palestinian Authority) residents found inside Green Line Israel illegally.

In an additional operation, border police found another 20 illegals near Shfaram.

The sweep to locate PA illegals continues on Monday, 1 Shevat. Employers who willingly provide work for the illegals are also arrested and face legal action.

The general procedure is to check the illegals to determine if they are wanted by security agencies. If they are not on a wanted listed and it is a first offense, they are generally sent back over the Green Line.
