Its not 25 victims of terror. It may be hundreds more. These people all have family, children, parents, grandparents, close friends, neighbors, relatives… etc.. that are all terribly affected by loosing someone close to them. Murdered i cold blood makes it even worse.
It may be a disservice to these holy souls to group them as a number .
