On Monday 9 Teves, security forces in Jerusalem’s Old City arrested a 16-year-old Arab female found to be concealing a knife in her bag. She was taken into custody.

Following her arrest police reported that knife was not in her bag, but found inside a sleeve of her shirt, leading them to believe she was planning attack. It was also added that the same teen was arrested two weeks ago when she was found to be concealing a knife. Following her first arrest, her remand was extended for a number of days and she was then released.
