The High Court of Justice on Monday afternoon 9 Teves rejected the urgent petition filed by attorney Itamar Ben-Givir, asking the court to permit him to meet with his client. His client is one of the detainees suspected of perpetrating the Duma arson attack. The court added the decision not to permit the detainee to meet with his attorney is in no way an indication that the court is unware of the severity of the decision.
The detainee in question has been incarcerated for over three weeks, and the court stated it is not making light of the situation but nevertheless, is rejecting the petition.

Duh…. the high court is a bunch of leftists. As long as the lefts stay in judicial power it wont make any sense.
I mean, meeting a lawyer? That is a normal democratic request and would need to be granted.
These people have act with so called pity when it comes to terrorists lest the world may condemn them and yet to their own brothers they act with such cruelty.
