Two Jewish youths, residents of Kiryat Arba, were arrested by IDF soldiers on motzei Shabbos Rosh Chodesh Kislev for throwing rocks at vehicles near Kiryat Arba. The soldiers apprehended the youths in the act.

The youths in custody were aiming their rocks at Arab vehicles but hit a Jewish motorist and injured a 4.5-year-old boy who was showered with glass shards from the attack. B”H the injured child’s condition was not described as serious.
