Aharon Yisayev HY”D, 32, and Reuven Viram HY”D, 51, were murdered in the terrorist stabbing attack in the Panorama Building in Tel Aviv last month.

An indictment was filed against the terrorist responsible for the attack, Raed Khalil, a PA (Palestinian Authority) residents of Dura, near Hebron. He was charged with a number of counts of murder and attempted murder. The details of the indictment explain that he decided to murder Jews and towards that end, he took a knife from a shwarma restaurant on the ground floor of the building and then began hunting for victims. He found them as they were davening mincha in a small shul on the second floor of the building.
