I noticed that there are some really low level youths living in Beitar. What a shame that a Torah city have such disgusting youth roaming the city at night, especially Shabbos night.
Why doesn’t the city of Beitar hire a ‘masphia’ of sorts to make a Shabbas night party for these youths and try to bring some sense into their heads?
Just go out on Friday night and look at what is going out in the street. Beitar city council is not concerned?
Does not make sense.
Was there an arab bus driver in Beitar?
