A fire erupted on Sunday morning 17 Kislev in 10-story structure on Eliash Street in the capital, on the sixth floor, near Machane Yehuda. There were persons in the building on the floors above the blaze.
B”H firefighters managed to bring the blaze under control in a relatively short period of time. A fire department officer was treated for smoke inhalation on the scene and transported to a local hospital.

That looks like the building near Bank Hapoalim on King George, several blocks away from Machane Yehuda.
