Israel accused a PA (Palestinian Authority) Red Crescent ambulance on the scene of the fatal shooting attack near Otniel of fleeing rather than treating the victims. The International Red Cross has probed the incident and finds the crew acted appropriately. Rabbi Yaakov Litman HY”D and his 18-year-old son Netanel HY”D were murdered in the attack.
It was alleged the PA ambulance saw the attack and instead of treating them wounded, left the scene. The Geneva-based IRC dismissed Israel’s accusation, stating “The PRCS [Palestine Red Crescent Society] operates with professionalism and in full respect of the principles of the RCRC [Red Cross Red Crescent] movement, including impartiality.”
IRC officials in Europe explain the PRCS “immediately provided factual accounts” of what occurred, in which the Israeli accusations are rejected outright and the IRC basis its ruling on these facts.

The killers probably arrived or escaped in the ambulance.
Considering the International Red Cross actively helped the Nazis during the holocaust, I don’t think they can be taken especially seriously.
And when they allow their ambulances to be used to move terrorists from one location to another as was shown countless times in the past, including during last summers battles in Gaza, would we say that is in accordance with the IRC statement, seen below????

I see they added a crescent to the cross in their name, but they never added a star.
They are “impartial” to the degree that they are partializing themselves to appeal to social justice.
More than likely they didn’t have any equipment in the Ambulance to help the Litmans….they were transporting something illegal and would have been caught doing so. Also, more than likely the RCRC Ambulance driver was not really an EMT!!!
