Police early Tuesday afternoon 5 Kislev were summoned to the home of Maran HaGaon HaRav Aaron Yehuda Leib Shteinman Shlita in Bnei Brak. A man who did not have an appointment and is not known to the rav’s caretakers tried to enter to see him, insisting he is just seeking a bracha.
After he refused to comply with instructions to leave police were called and when they arrived, the man was placed under arrest.

איכא חסר מן הספר. Why did they call the police?
i would be ashamed to publish such a low story…
Should that not say עיקר?
#1 and #2 what’s the problem? When someone enters a private home and won’t leave despite being asked then the police are called. And when that private home contains the Gadol Hador Shlitah it is newsworthy.
2 months ago I had the honor of visiting several Gedolim in Benei Brak and was hoping to also meet Maran Shteinman but he was not feeling well enough to see anyone. I certainly didn’t trespass as if I had a right to do so.
Today you have to be very suspicious and careful – I’m sure there was reason enough
When a tree falls in a forest ,does YWN ..?
Arelle:
Rabbi Abuchatzerah was MURDERED a few years ago by one of these people seeking a “Bracha”. Unfortunately, we have to be extra careful in todays society.
Shame does not exist in the media. Only azus and pritzus.
