Three-year-old Tahal Sofer, who was injured in a terrorist firebomb attack, was released from Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital on Sunday, 3 Kislev.
The attack occurred as the family was traveling on October 23, 2015 about a kilometer from Beit El, heading to family for Shabbos. Tahal was injured, sustaining second and third degree burns and listed in moderate condition when she was admitted. She began in a pediatric intensive care unit and was then moved to a pediatric surgical unit, treated in the latter by a team of plastic surgeons.
Chief of Plastic Surgery at Hadassah, Dr. Alexander Margolis explains “Tahal was released to return home in good condition. She underwent surgery to perform a skin graft and the graft took well. She must now continue her treatment and recuperate at home. We wish her a total recovery to permit continuing with her life”.
