Honenu reports on Thursday morning, 30 Cheshvan that an appeal on behalf of imprisoned Nachal Chareidi soldiers to a military appeals court was rejected. As such, the suspects remanded on suspicion of beating an Arab terrorist in custody will not be released on bail.

Justice Brigadier-General Doron Fillis on Wednesday reject the appeal seeking to have them released on bail, upholding the decision to keep them behind bars pending the outcome of their trial.
