The Defense Ministry on Tuesday, 21 Cheshvan announced the closure of the Gilboa Crossing until further notice.

The Gilboa Crossing is one of the large one along the Green Line serving thousands of PA (Palestinian Authority) laborers and residents daily along with hundreds of Israeli and PA trucks and thousands of vehicles, Israelis who enter Jenin for shopping and bargain hunting.

Defense Ministry officials point out that continuing the terror attacks will first and foremost deliver an economic blow to PA merchants.
