Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu during a session of the Security Cabinet called to revoke the blue Israeli identity cards from residents of the eastern capital who live outside the security barrier. Minister of Transportation Yisrael Katz objects to the idea, explaining by doing so, the government has declared these areas are no longer a part of the capital.
According to the Channel 2 report, this session was held in the past two weeks. Mr. Netanyahu stated the matter must be weighed, to revoke the Israeli ID cards from residents of areas including Shuafat, which is a part of the municipality but on the other side of the security barrier due to security realities.
Katz added that before such a plan can be implemented a national referendum must be held for “this is tantamount to giving away land”.

I don’t think this makes those areas not part of Israel. It makes the PEOPLE who live in those areas not worthy of receiving benefits of living in E”Y.
These snakes don’t identify themselves as Israelis anyways. This will just give them more reason to take pride in their bogus religion.
