A vehicle in Um Tuba was set ablaze in what police believe is an anti-Arab hate attack. The incident occurred in the Tzur Bahar area of the capital on motzei Shabbos parshas Lech Lecha.

A fire official who was on the scene, Nir Abramowitz, explains “we were called at 3:00 AM to a car fire in Um Tuba near Har Homa. When we arrived a vehicle was on fire, totally engulfed in the flames and spread to a nearby field of thorns. We immediately began working to bring the fire under control. After the blaze was extinguished we saw graffiti on the car and the area.
