The forensic evidence in the autopsy of the Eritrean man killed accidently because he was suspected of being a terrorist during the recent shooting attack in the Beersheva central bus station shows he died of gunfire, not the beating.
The man, who died of his injuries in the hospital shortly after the attack, was believed to be a terrorist. He was shot by a border policeman and a member of the Israel Police’s elite Yassam force. After he was neutralized by gunfire, angry persons in the bus station began beating. This beating was captured on video.
Following his death police announced the would be reviewing video footage towards apprehending the people involved and filing criminal charges against them. As this process moved forward police learned among those involved were members of the Israel Prison Authority, a prison guard and an officer.
It remains to be determined if police will move ahead with this investigation now that the medical examiner has ruled the cause of death was the mistaken fire, not the beating. It also remains to be seen if police will file charges against the policemen who shot the innocent man, believing he was a terrorist.

Will the pacifist, Boogie Ya’alon, now apologize to the citizens he originally accused of the murder, before he knew all the facts??? Or maybe he should just arrest another member of the Kahana family and be done with it.
So he was already dead when they beat him?
If an Arab terrorist can be given a second chance and a third and a fourth. These soldiers can olso be given another chance. I’m sure they learned from their mistakes.
