14:55: Preliminary report of a stabbing attack at Kikar Adam in the Shomron, north of Hizme and near Yishuv Adam. More to follow.
14:59: A female IDF soldier was wounded in the attack. According to preliminary reports, her injuries are not life-threatening.
The terrorist has been neutralized. It is not known if he was killed.
15:04: The terrorist has a shoulder bag on his person, which IDF commanders fear may be booby-trapped. Responders are keeping a distance from the body as the bomb squad is responding to the scene.
15:07: The wounded soldier is now being reported in serious condition, with a stab wound to her neck.
A second terrorist has been apprehended by authorities.

15:34: MDA Chief Eli Bin told Galei Tzahal (Army Radio) that soldier was seriously wounded and direct pressure at the stab site saved her life.
16:19: Hadassah Mt. Scopus Hospital: The soldier is in surgery, in critical condition, fighting for her life.

I am troubled when I read this article and at first I see that the soldiers injuries are not life threatening, but then another update says they in fact are and she was stabbed in the neck.
I understand you want to give updates as they happen, but I question whether it is right to give medical updates that are less than accurate
