The Petach Tikvah Magistrate Court on Sunday 5 Cheshvan rejected an Israel Police request to extend the remand of five yeshiva students who entered Kever Yosef without authorization and had to be extricated by IDF soldiers.
The prosecution explained their actions led to rioting and placed security forces at risk. Honenu attorney Itamar Ben-Givir told the court that in accordance to the Oslo Agreements, Israelis have free access to Kever Yosef.
The court agreed with Ben-Givir, that no purpose would be served by leaving the talmidim in lockup. The court sent them to house arrest for four days.

Interesting.
So the corrupt kangaroo courts in Israel treat the bachurim worse than the 13 year old terrorist who tried to MURDER Israelis. Very nice.
Were those guys nuts to go to Kever Yosef without security especially now????
“accordance to the Oslo Agreements, Israelis have free access to Kever Yosef”
This is an old trick of the criminal justice system. Give an unjustified punishment in place of a severe punishment and act as if it’s an exoneration.
