The Bedouin terrorist who perpetrated the attack in the Beersheva central bus station on Sunday evening 5 Cheshvan carried a strap cutter with him.

Police investigators explain it is clear he planned to grab an automatic weapon from a soldier, which he succeeded in doing after shooting Sgt. Omri Levy HY”D dead.

He used the cutter to remove the weapon from the soldier, who wore it around his upper body. He then opened fire randomly in the bus station until he was shot dead by security personnel.
