Hillary Rodham Clinton and Bernie Sanders are looking to build on their strong Democratic presidential debate performances, while three other Democratic candidates are still struggling for traction.
Clinton remained in Nevada Wednesday morning doing local media interviews. Sanders was scheduled to attend a taping of “The Ellen Degeneres Show.”
In Tuesday’s Democratic Debate, Clinton contrasted her record with Sanders’ more conservative positions on gun restrictions while suggesting the Vermont senator is too liberal on other issues.
Sanders offered perhaps the most memorable line, declaring that “the American people are sick and tired of hearing about” Clinton’s emails. But Sanders made clear he wasn’t defending Clinton’s use of a private server in her home while serving as secretary of state.
Instead, he argued Americans have more serious concerns.

Progressive mean going backwards with the Clinton
She gets me sooooo nervous. She has this perpetual look of staring at herself in the mirror – or monitors – so she gets the smile Juuuust right and the tilt of her head juuust picture perfect. Her eyes are actually nowhere. And stop with the hair already! Stick with one look and lozz alein! And that is just her superficial nuttiness. She is the Wicked Witch of the West embodied. I would love for someone to toss a bucket of water at her. I can hear her screaming now: “I’m Meeeelting! I’m Meeeelting!!”
