The High Court of Justice has issued its final ruling and the Ayelet HaShachar Shul must be torn down. The demolition should be accomplished by the end of Tuesday, 30 Tishrei, but the court has stated it will permit this to be accomplished within an additional week without seeking contempt of court charges.
For the mispallalim and the community, the ruling is one of shock, anger and devastation as the highest court in the State of Israel is compelling resident to destroy a shul, not a caravan or temporary structure, but a permanent Beit Knesses that has been operating for years.
Despite the personal pain for members of the shul and their community, many fear the destruction of this shul may R”L bring more tragedy to Am Yisrael during this most difficult time.

It is not a court of law! It has issued such obnoxious and miserable rulings over the years.

The court is one of the biggest terror organizations and enemies of Israel that we have. Right up there with Neturei Karta.
A “Jewish” court in a “Jewish” country orders a synagogue torn down and then we wonder why there is murder in the streets??? Jews are making war against G-d so G-d is making war against Jews!!! Have we learned nothing from the horrors of the last hundred years??? Wake up, yidden!!!
