Former ISA (Israel Security Agency – Shin Bet) Director Ami Ayalon, a member of the left-wing community, spoke to Kol Chai Radio on Thursday morning, 25 Tishrei. Ayalon, a retired Israel Navy Admiral and Labor party politician, also directed the ISA for about 4.5 years from 1995-2000.
Ayalon believes that it is not likely that terror will be “completely eliminated” and from a military point of view, he feels the current administration is doing what should be done. He emphasized it is important to understand the cause of the terrorism and not just work to eliminate it. He added that in a recent interview with Yediot Achronot he explained that while the ISA must continue doing its best to prevent attacks and other agencies combating terror, the problem lies with the fact that at present there is no ongoing diplomatic process between Israel and the PA (Palestinian Authority).
“This is what is called in the profession as ‘פיגוע אווירה‘ (a terror attack resulting from existing conditions), and this is due to the fact there is no diplomatic dialogue. In my approximately 4.5 years heading the ISA I learned in order for Israel to have peace the PA must have hope. Today, this is missing for PA residents like air to breath”.
Ayalon concluded that clearly, Israelis and the PA cannot live together and therefore, a process to reach a permanent solution is required. He is certain that Israel cannot and will not control Yehuda and Shomron and the Israelis wishing to remain in those areas will receive Palestinian citizenship.

So what is the current Zionist dream of living in the land of Israel? It seems that the original plan before the State of Israel was created, no longer exists.

It’s funny how they rationalize the Arab motivation for terror due to the lack of hope… Havnt we heard that before, but Hashem is showing these Libs, that it’s not a lack of hope, only a desire to kill and concour!! Take a look at the animals fighting with ISIS, many come from wealthy homes and high education, that did not stop them from joining ISIS’s killing machine.
The left is baffled to explain it, they cannot look the TRUTH in its eye, because that will prove that liberal thinking is a feel good, look intellegint sickness/cancer.
Anyhow, we need to daven to Hashem, for only he can get us out of this. About time reality should hit us, and realize that neither the right or the left will help the situation.
