Yassam and border police operating in the Abu Tor area of Yerushalayim detected a young Arab male acting suspiciously. They approached him to check him out. He then pulled a knife to stab them but was restrained and taken into custody before anyone was injured. The incident occurred at about 19:00 on Wednesday evening, the eve of 25 Tishrei.

The 15-year-old terrorist was taken into custody.
