Education Minister Naftali Bennett on Wednesday, 24 Tishrei, submitted his resignation from the 20th Knesset. While the Bayit Yehudi party leader will continue serving as the nation’s Education Minister, his resignation from Knesset permits former MK Shuli Muallem to enter the current 20th Knesset.

Muallem did not succeed in getting elected to the 20th Knesset as Bayit Yehudi only earned eight seats.
