An indictment was handed down against Aharon Tzvi Korlendesky, a 34-year-old member of the chareidi community, for assaulting a chareidi IDF soldier serving in the Shachar program. This is the first case in which a member of the chareidi community is facing an indictment for attacking a chareidi soldier.
According to the indictment, the attack occurred last month when the soldier and his dad arrived in a frum area of Yerushalayim to daven. The soldier was in uniform and the defendant shouted “Chardak Chardak” at him along with “get out of here”, “take off your yarmulke” and “when are you davening here”.
A number of others joined in with Korlendesky and they began beating the soldier in his chest as they tried to grab his beret. The indictment states the defendant punched him with his fist and when police arrived he was unruly and shouted “Nazis” and other insults at them.

Its about time. Hopefully, we will see more indictments soon.
Maybe imprisonment will stop the incitement against frum soldiers.
Indictments won’t stop the calling out of the traitors who cross the fence to enlist and serve with those who wish to eradicate the Torah life.
And what exactly makes this thug,”chareidi”?
no soldiers- no security
Without even beginning to think of the evil Mr Will Hill’s comment, it just is a matter of time until one of the holy soldiers when getting attacked will use his weapon
Will hill,
It is because of people like you who are the reason why the beit hamikdash was destroyed and the reason we are still in galut. Pure, outright sinat chinam against the people who protect millions of lives every single day so we can have the beautiful land of eretz Yisrael. They protect the rich and poor, chiloni and chareidi alike, putting their own lives at risk constantly so Torah and Judaism can grow in our holy land. For everyone else’s good, if you’re so opposed to the Jewish Defense Forces please just don’t come under their jurisdiction, by which I mean just don’t come to the kotel or kever Rachel or maarat hamachpela. Or maybe do teshuva before the great day of judgement because I think you need to do some.
