President Reuven Rivlin on Sunday morning 2 Rosh Chodesh Elul visited the Dibros Moshe Talmid Torah located in the Har Nof neighborhood of the capital on the opening day of school in the chareidi sector.
The president was greeted warmly after his planned appearance was shunned by the heads of the Mishkenos Yaakov Talmid Torah in the Ramot area of the capital.
