Gilad Kleiner was released from jail on erev Shabbos Nachamu after expressing support for Yishai Schlisel on social network platforms. Schlisel perpetrated the stabbing attack against participants of the Jerusalem toeiva parade leading to one death and the injuring of five others. On Monday, 18 Menachem Av, he was rearrested for violating the terms of his release, as he expressed delight over the death of one of the victims, Shirah Banki.
Kleiner, a chareidi resident of Kiryat Malachi, allegedly sent messages to groups of hundreds of people in which he expressed his satisfaction over the death of one of the stabbing victims. Banki, who was gravely wounded in the attack, died of her injuries in a Jerusalem hospital. Police want him held behind bars. Defense attorney Itamar Ben-Givir said does not defend his client’s message but does feel he is entitled to legal representation. He also questions what he calls the hypocrisy of prosecutor, citing cases in which members of the political left-wing called for the murder of Baruch Marzel and “settlers”, yet those cases were closed.

I too am very happy about bankis death she was celebrating a tremendous sin and she got what she deserves
Given that the zionists approve of the “gays” and regard hareidim as mortal enemies, and given that israel’s concept of civil liberties is fairly similar to what existed in the United States before the Bill of Rights were passed (though by Middle Eastern standard, Israel is a bastion of freedom) – it was quite dumb to make a statement advocating murdering supporters of the regime.
In addition to being dumb, I seriously doubt the person personal posek (Rabbe, Rosh Yeshiva, whatever) endorsed the idea. It’s not just Satmar that holds against random murder of a girl (meaning it wasn’t even “toeiva” as that applies only to males).
1) This guy, Kleiner, is sick!
2) Non-the-less, what charges can he legally be charged with if he merely express his joy (as sick as it is)?
He definitely should be put on a watch list though.
#1 there is no Chayiv Misa for marching in a parade. You have to enagage in an act and be warned before doing so
