The investigation continues into the suicide of the former head of the Israel Police 433 investigations unit, known as Israel’s FBI, Brigadier-General Ephraim Bracha, who was linked to illegal activities involving Rabbi Yoshiyahu Pinto.
Police on Sunday 25 Tammuz announce they are still trying to find the former commander’s cellular telephone. They have tried tacking it using technological means, albeit without success, and there is now growing concern that the phone which likely contains classified information and numbers has disappeared.
When Bracha did not answer his phone, his wife turned to a close friend and senior department officer, Avi Neumann, who used police resources to finally locate Bracha, who was found dead in his vehicle not far from his home.
The investigation continues.

He was not linked to anything! He was offered a bride and denied it. After he got Pinto in trouble they tried ruining his name and spread rumors that he was being investigated but those were never substantiated.
The claims were patently false and misleading. They were also likely a factor in his suicide. Please don’t accuse a man of something unless there has been an official source for the accusation. Especially when the accused is dead.
