16:48: It appears two rockets, not one, were fired from Sinai into S. Israel a short time ago. They landed in open unpopulated areas.
This is in line with intelligence community concerns that the growing ISIS presence and instability in Sinai will present new security challenges for Israel. B’chasdei Hashem no one was killed or wounded in the attack.
16:33: A rocket that appears to have been launched from Sinai landed in an open area in the Eshkol Regional Council, B’chasdei Hashem without fatalities or injuries.
16:30: Security forces are searching for rocket impact in open areas. B’chasdei Hashem there are no reports of a rocket hitting a populated area at this time.
16:23: Sirens are sounding in the Eshkol Regional Council.
