Maran HaGaon HaRav Aaron Yehuda Leib Shteinman Shlita and HaGaon HaRav Chaim Kanievsky Shlita are holding a kenos against unwanted technology, taking place in Bnei Brak on erev Shabbos 16 Tammuz. The two Torah giants are expected to appear at the kenos, with adverts for the event stressing the importance for one to attend in light of technology which the rabbonim shlita fear poses a direct threat to frum Jewry. Askanim and educators will be among the persons appearing.

The call is in particular to principals and directors of educational institutions, citing the dangers posed by the technology and its spreading popularity in the workplace and elsewhere.
