In a letter sent to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, Minister of Agriculture Uri Ariel calls to cancel the lightening of security regulations during Ramadan in light of the alarming increase in acts of Arab terror in recent weeks. He also calls on Mr. Netanyahu to adopt the conclusions of the Edmond Levi Report, which advises the cabinet to legalize outposts in Yehuda and Shomron.

Ariel cites that the Muslim month of Ramadan has become a month of terror in Israel, adding that failure to act appropriately in response to mounting attacks will send a clear unwanted message to terrorists.
