According to Israel Police and Magen David Adom spokespersons, a call came in on Sunday 20 Sivan for a 26-year-old woman who was stabbed in Ramle. The attacker, who came running at police with the screwdriver in hand, was shot and seriously wounded.
MDA reported the attack occurred on Herzl Boulevard in Ramle, with the call coming in at 12:41. Basic and advanced life support units were dispatched to the scene. The victim was transported to Assaf HaRofeh Hospital in moderate condition. She was wounded in her upper torso.
A spokesman for Israel Police Shvelah District reports the 20-year-old attacker fled the scene after injuring the woman. The attacker was detected on Dennis Mass Street and when police tried to approach him, he came at them. Police fired, wounding him seriously.
MDA spokesman Zaki Heller reports that when MDA arrived on the scene they found the woman with stab wounds to her upper body experiencing a level of difficult breathing. “We provide immediate aid and while treated she was transported in moderate/stable condition to the hospital” he explains.
The attacker was also transported to Assaf HaRofeh Hospital. The investigation continues. The motive is yet unclear. At the time of this report police have not determined if the attack was an act of terror.

What a joke – everyone knows what it was. More accurately – “At this time police are trying to invent fake evidence it wasn’t a terror attack in order to have less paperwork and hassle”
