This past motzei Shabbos marked 14 years since the suicide bombing attack at the Dolphinarium Club in Tel Aviv in 2001

Many of the 21 Israelis murdered were members of the Russian community in Israel as the nightclub was frequented by members of this community. 120 people were wounded in that attack. A Hamas terrorist tied to the attack was arrested and sentenced to 17 years imprisonment. He was released in the 2011 prisoner exchange deal for the release of Gilad Shalit.
