Israel on Sunday, 13 Sivan, began the weeklong nationwide preparedness exercise to determine the nation’s readiness for warfare. “Operation Turning Point 8” involves the IDF, Israel Police and many other emergency agencies as well as local government.
Simultaneously, Hamas continues its efforts for the next round of warfare with Israel as it continues training new fighters and conducting missile testing in the direction of the sea on a regular basis.
In addition, Hamas is paving a new road near Israel’s border with N. Gaza. This is confirmed by former Gaza Interior Minister Fathi Hammad, who announced on Saturday 12 Sivan the new paved road is situated southeast of Kibbutz Nachal Oz. in his Khan Yunis address, he explained the road will be used by the Izzadin el-Kassem, Hamas’ military wing in the next round of warfare.
He lauded the new abilities of the Hamas’ fighters and promises “Israel will be surprised” in the next round of warfare.
