Baruch Dayan Emmes: Mrs. Chaya Gindel Stephenholz was niftar in Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Yerushalayim on Sunday, 28 Iyar. The nifteres, 67, a prominent family in the Gur Chassidus and wife of Rav Yechezkel, was lightly injured when struck by a vehicle earlier in the day as a passing vehicle struck her. She was admitted to the hospital and towards evening, she suffered a heart attack from which she did not recover. Doctors are connecting the myocardial infarction with the trauma she sustained earlier in the day.

The nifteres was known in her community as a women of chessed. The levaya took place on Monday morning 29 Iyar at 10:30 in Shamgar with kvura in Har Menuchos.
