The first no-confidence motion of the 20th Knesset will be presented by the Yesh Atid opposition party. In line with the new regulations for presenting a no-confidence motion, the part must present an alternative coalition so if the vote succeeds and the coalition is brought down, there is a coalition in place to replace it.

The new coalition that will presented by Yesh Atid includes Shai Piron as Minister of Education; Yair Lapid as Finance Minister, Yael German as Environmental Affairs and Health Minister; Interior Ministry & Welfare Ministry Meir Cohen; Yaakov Peri as Foreign Minister and heading negotiations with the PA (Palestinian Authority); Ofir Shelach as Defense Minister; Mickey Levy as Minister of Public Security and Minister of the Economy. Not to be forgotten, Lapid will also serve as prime minister.

The party also presented its basic guidelines that will govern the new administration.
