B’chasdei Hashem the youth seriously injured during the levaya of HaGaon HaRav Shmuel Halevy Wosner ZT”L, Yisrael Meir Duani, on erev Shabbos 28 Nissan arrived at the Bnei Brak home of HaGaon HaRav Chaim Kanievsky Shlita to receive a bracha.

Rav Kanievsky maintained contact with the youth’s family since the levaya, giving them chizuk during the difficult period.

Yisrael Meir also visited Gavaad Zichron Meir HaGaon HaRav Chaim Meir Wosner, the son of the late posek hador who assumed his position as was announced during the levaya. The young man also visited Mekubak Admor Rav Yekutiel Abuchatzera for a bracha. The family is a follower of Rav Abuchatzera.

Family members quoted the admor, who promised them “The young man Yisrael Meir will yet stand on his feet in good health”.

Two people who sustained critical injuries were killed R”L as a result of being trampled at the levaya, avreich 27-year-old Mordechai Gerber z”l and chosson 18-year-old Yitzchak Samet z”l.
