Thousands of visitors and mispallalim were at the Kosel on Monday morning, the second day of Chol Hamoed Pesach in Eretz Yisrael to take part in Birkas Kohanim. The shachris bracha was at 09:30 and musaf followed at 10:15.

Hundreds of kohanim took part in the event which was followed by Rishon L’Tzion Rabbi Yitzchak Yosef Shlita, Chief Rabbi Dovid Lau Shlita and Kosel Rav Shmuel Rabinowitz Shlita receiving guests who came to the Old City.

A large police contingent was on hand along with EMS personnel from the various organizations. Roads leading to the Kosel were closed as visitors were urged to use the park-and-ride options available.
