The basis for an agreement for a peaceful Iranian nuclear program and a process to lift sanctions against Iran has been reached, EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini has announced. “We have reached solutions on key parameters of a joint comprehensive plan of action,” she said.
Iran’s enrichment capacity and stockpile will be limited, and its sole enrichment facility will be at the Natanz nuclear facility, Mogherini said. Other nuclear facilities will be converted for other uses, she said.

If Iran isn’t threatening to conquer the other countries (US, France, China, etc.), why should they care? I’m sure Iran agreed not to nuke Chicago or Paris. They probably feel it will force Israel to make concessions that will strengthen the parties to the deal.

Israel doesn’t appear to be willing, and probably unable, to engage in a MAD (mutually assured destruction) scenario, which to be effective, would have to wipe out all or most of the Islamic world.
The countries entering the deal want a friendly Iran for a variety of reasons, most notably, as a check on Islamic State. The zionist theory that having a state would make the goyim love us, based on the idea that the statelessness was the cause of anti-semitism, should be considered discredited.
