· Attorney Itamar Ben-Givir has petitioned the Central Election Committee against Shas since the party is using photos of Maran HaGaon HaRav Ovadia Yosef ZT”L saying “Maran voted Shas”.
· Voter turnout at 10:00 is 13.7%, the highest at this hour since Election Day 1999.
· 10:00: Voting in the Arab sector is reported at 10%, the highest in a number of elections. At this hour, Arab sector voting in the last three elections was a mere 3%.
· Yachad has filed a complaint with the Central Election Committee explaining Shas activists are threatening Yachad supporters.
· A Shas activist was arrested by police after it was learned that he took all of the Yachad ballots from a voting station.
