As YWN published on Sunday, there were two attempted child abductions on Shabbos, March 14, 2015. One occurred at around 1:40PM on Mott Avenue and Bay 24th, and the other occurred at about 3:30PM on Mott Avenue and Sunnyside.
Rockaway Shomrim (RNSP) are reaching out to all neighbors, particularly those with video surveillance systems which aim out towards the street. If you are in possession of a video surveillance system and reside in and around the area where these 2 incidents occurred, please review the footage between 1PM and 5PM and/or call the RNSP who will dispatch a team of technicians to retrieve and review any video evidence for clues to turn over to the 101st pct Detective Squad.
RNSP is particularly looking for the license plate on the vehicle displayed.
