Following recent inspections and violations at local food establishments and schools in the Williamsburg Jewish community, Rabbi Moishe Indig, leader of JCCWmsbg arranged a meeting which brought together the Director of NYC Dept of Health and members of the community. Owners and manager of local food establishments, school managers and caterers gathered to hear an informative session about local health laws, and how to make sure the laws are properly enforced, and any unnecessary incidents can be avoided.

The event was hosted at the Rose Garden on Flushing Avenue.
