The Jerusalem Magistrate Court on Wednesday 20 Adar extended the remand of IDF soldier O.C., a resident of the Gush Etzion community of Bat Ayin. The court extended his remand by six days. He is facing charges of transmitting classified information without authorization, conspiracy to commit a crime and interfering with an ongoing investigation.
The soldier denies the charges leveled against him, which include passing documents and information to right-wing persons regarding IDF activities in the area.
The defendant is being represented by the Honenu organization.
