With less than ten days until Election Day for 20th Knesset, the Central Election Committee on Sunday announced on Sunday 17 Adar the list of surplus votes agreements signed.
Agreements have been signed between Labor/The Movement and Meretz, Yahadut Hatorah and Shas, Bayit Yehudi and Likud, and Kulanu and Yisrael Beitenu.
The parties left without surplus agreements include Yachad, Yesh Atid, and the Arab bloc.
Two parties can make an agreement so that both parties’ sum of surplus votes are combined, and if the combined surplus votes amounts to an extra seat, then the extra seat goes to the party with the larger amount of surplus votes

Too bad about Yachad – they’re good people, even if I don’t agree with them on everything.
